CSF OF BGM TO HOLD ANNUAL ORGANIZATION MEETING

The Citizens Scholarship Foundation of BGM (a Dollars for Scholars Chapter), will be holding their annual organization meeting on October 3, 2002, 7:00 p.m. at the Manatt’s office building.

At this meeting they will hold an election of officers, with last years officers being: President – J. C. Miller, Vice President – Lyle Oswood, Secretary – Julie Cline, and Treasurer – Becky Edelen. An appointment of the chairpersons along with a report from each chairperson will be given. Other items on the agenda include, the treasurer’s annual report for 2001 – 2002, and the approval of the CD purchased from the Poweshiek Co Savings Bank, which will come due June 30, 2003. The 2002 – 2003 schedule of events are also being planned for discussion along with the 2001 – 2002 budget being set.

The CSF of BGM would like to mention that this meeting is open to the public and anyone wishing to come is welcome.
