CSF OF BGM ANNUAL ORGANIZATION MEETING

The Citizens Scholarship Foundation of BGM, a Dollars for Scholars Chapter, held their annual organization meeting Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at the Manatt’s office building.

The annual meeting was called to order by President Julie Cline. All officers agreed to fill their current positions again this year with President – Julie Cline, Vice President – Dorothea Hicks, Secretary – Lyle Oswood, and Treasurer – Becky Edelen.

New board members are Marie Hedlund representing City of Brooklyn, Jodie Ryan representing BGM School Board-Malcom, Sandy Evans representing BGM School Board-Guernsey, Natalie Gritsch representing BGM Alumni Association, and Bev Rens representing Kiwanis.

The treasurer’s report was given for the 2002 – 2003 year, the audit was completed with success and no changes were made to the books.

The schedule of events was set with Make a Difference Day being October 25^th with the freshman class collecting food for the food pantry and $1 for CSF, annual mailing set for November 5th at Manatts, Application Handout date March 1 at 9:00 am in the H.S. Library, Application Deadline date March 31, Awards Night date is May 12 at 7:00.
