The Brooklyn High School Class of 1955 held their 45 year reunion at the Grinnell Country Club with 20 class members attending.  The class decided to contribute $150.00 as a donation to the Citizens Scholarship Foundation of BGM (a Dollars for Scholars Chapter).

The Class of 1955 had 44 graduating seniors.  Two of the classmates are deceased Bonnie Doty and Francis Vogel.  Those in attendance at their class reunion were: Pat Collum Brau, Don Camenisch, Jerry Doonan, Mailyn Roth Green, Robert Gritsch, Dorothy Andrews Juett, Catherine Terpkosh Kellogg, Ronald Kuntz, Lloyd Olson, Larry Price, Franklin Reimers, Francis Reitzler, John Rupe, Clinton Smith, Gail Wheeler Holland, Earl Creps, Shirley Wilcox Bair, Carma Jean Provin Bisinger, Don Bunn, and Daryl Doty.

The Foundation is grateful to the Class of 1955 for their contribution.  Your contribution to the CSF of BGM will help some graduating senior with a scholarship, by helping them to go onto a higher education.

As a reminder to all classes who are organizing a class reunion, the CSF of BGM will provide free of charge, mailing labels for your use.

Anyone wishing to make a contribution to the Foundation please contact Julie Cline, Board of Trustee representative for the City of Malcom, or any other board member.  You can also write to Box 469, Brooklyn, IA  52211.
