AWARDS NIGHT

On Wednesday night, May 20, 1998, scholarships and awards were presented to our graduating seniors. It was an impressive evening with the number of various scholarships and awards being presented.

Mary Adams Forsberg, Vice-President of CSFA, was here to award the Golden Tassel Award to the BGM Communities and a Scholarship on behalf of the Golden Tassel Award. Mary also made another presentation and that was to J.C. Miller (President of the CSF of BGM). J.C. has been placed on the Dollars for Scholar National Honor Roll.

The next part of the evening began with the CSF of BGM (a Dollars for Scholar Chapter) presenting their scholarships. You have to be there to see and feel the excitement. The BGM Communities should be very proud of themselves and their support of their graduates. You are making a difference. You have given hope to our students wishing to go on to higher education. Then the BGM School District presented their awards and recognitions. After the BGM presentations there was a slide presentation on the senior class.

Congratulations to all the seniors and other students receiving awards and recognition.
