FOSTER CONSERVATION FUND CONTINUES TO GROW

The Raymond M. Forster Conservation Fund was established in 1994. The Raymond M. Foster estate set aside $20,000 from which a scholarship will be awarded each year in his memory. The scholarship awarded will be five percent of the balance each year with the 1998 graduate receiving a scholarship for $1,100.

As of June 30, 1998, the balance in the Raymond M. Foster Conservation Fund was $22,859.17.

The scholarship has been awarded for four years and the recipients have been: 1995 Ryan Kriegel attending Indian Hills CC, 1996 Justin Griffith attending Indian Hills CC, 1997 Travis Alexander attending Kirkwood CC, and 1998 Serena Hall who will attend UNI.

The foundation is pleased to be able to award this scholarship every year. The Raymond M. Foster contributions to the foundation have been significant in the growth of the foundation. Raymond Foster’s dream to help out our students with their education has become a reality. Raymond has made a difference.

Growth in the foundation is essential. Only through all your help can the foundation continue and become more able to help our students. The foundation needs you to help make the difference.
